Federal auto safety regulators are investigating why Tesla has repeatedly broken rules requiring it to quickly tell them about crashes involving its self-driving technology.

GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) said two crashes caused major backups in both Greenville and Spartanburg Counties on Monday morning.
