Local developers aim to build a $277 million Nickelodeon Hotel & Resort in Garden Grove, with the city agreeing to pay more than a third in subsidies.

The Nickelodeon Hotel at Everest Place will have a mix of hotel rooms and condo units that sleep up to 12 guests, along with a major pool and splash park, a lazy river and plenty of slime.

The resort will reportedly feature 423 hotel suites, four restaurants, a bar, pool, a fitness center, a Nick shop and more.
