TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- The Rev. Kenneth E. Hagin, who started preaching at age 17 and grew his congregation into an international ministry, died Friday morning at age 86.
Hagin, who is considered one of the early pioneers in the healing ministry, founded what is now known as Kenneth Hagin Ministries in 1962.
Broken Arrow-based Kenneth Hagin Ministries started Campmeeting with the idea of holding a meeting similar to the old-time Methodist campmeetings.
