The NFL has plenty of controversial penalties that upset fans. The league's crackdown on taunting might take the cake.

It got heated between Josh Norman and Odell Beckham Jr. on a couple of occasions Sunday. The Giants' WR eventually was pulled from the game in the second half after a five-catch, 44-yard day.

After he was called for four hands-to-the face penalties Sunday, Redskins cornerback Josh Norman unloaded on field judge Brad Freeman.

Josh Norman is happy that Odell Beckham Jr. will likely be punished for his helmet-to-helmet hit Sunday and says the Giants receiver is more like Two-Face than the Joker to his Batman.
