As firefighters race to quell the devastating wildfires plaguing Los Angeles, Jay Leno is doing his part to help out. On Monday, the former late-night talk show host stopped by the Pacific Palisades area to serve meals to firefighters from the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Jay Leno seems to have healed very quickly from the bruises he sustained from his recent tumble down a hill. Last November, the former TV star alarmed fans by showing up with dark bruises all over his body.

Jay Leno has used his own fire truck to serve food to first responders battling the Los Angeles wildfires. Jay told CNN's Anderson Cooper that he wanted to help- and using his own vehicle to deliver food seemed like a good way to do it.
