BLOOMINGTON — Indiana football ranked No. 2 for a fifth straight week in the US LBM Coaches Poll. The Hoosiers (11-0, 8-0 Big Ten) set a record for the best start in program history with a a 31-7 win over Wisconsin on Saturday. They also wrapped up a second straight undefeated season at home.
Wisconsin football running back Gideon Ituka suffered a frightening injury in the third quarter of the Badgers' game against undefeated Indiana on Saturday, Nov. 15, that put a lengthy pause on the Big Ten contest and sent him to the hospital. Fortunately, Ituka was released and flew back with the team, he confirmed on his social media accounts.
