Ikea has issued a voluntary recall of its Odger swivel chairs after receiving at least four reports of the chairs breaking, and two reports of people being injured.

IKEA has recalled approximately 12,000 ODGER Swivel Chairs that may pose a fall and injury risk.

About 3,300 units of the defective swivel chair were sold in Canada between October 2019 and December 2022, according to Ikea and Health Canada.
