From a modest indie horror game to a multi-platform entertainment franchise, Poppy Playtime and its enigmatic mascot Huggy Wuggy are rewriting the rules of transmedia success.

Poppy Playtime Chapter 1 – which features Huggy Wuggy – is available on Steam as well as iOS and Android. It is rated 12+ on the Apple App Store, meaning it is not suitable for young children.

Game developer Mob Entertainment is partnering with Legendary Entertainment to create a movie based on their childlike horror hit, Poppy Playtime.

Created by Mob Entertainment, a video game studio, Poppy Playtime is set in an abandoned toy factory where Huggy Wuggy, one of the villains, goes missing.
