How can I tell if my Xbox One disc drive is damaged? If your discs are in perfect condition but the Xbox One won’t read them, the disc drive hardware has likely failed.

Hey @XboxSupport! I think my #XboxSeriesX might have a defective disc drive. I've tried inserting a few different compatible games (both Xbox One & 360) & the drive won't let me insert it.
