Houston has seen snow only 11 times since records began, and the animals at Houston Zoo had a great time exploring the weather change.

The zoo says the Carruth Natural Encounters building built in 1962 "has provided countless memorable experiences" for guests.

From the lions and leopards to the flamingos and bald eagles, the animals seemed to enjoy exploring the magical snow.
