One of the largest car manufacturers in the country has recalled multiple vehicles after a transmission issue was found to cause some cars to move forward when placed in reverse or neutral.

The recall states the transmission valve body may have been machined incorrectly, which can cause reverse gear failure, or unexpected forward movement in reverse or neutral gear.
