A group of volunteers with the Hillsboro Holiday Home Tours has been busy arranging greenery and other holiday decorations in preparation for the event on Dec. 14.

They were scheduled to tour Happy Valley on Sept. 26 and Hillsboro on Sept. 27. Each lawmaker on the committee shared one takeaway from their experiences on the tour during Wednesday's meeting.
