Estes Park Housing Authority has executed a purchase agreement to acquire Tiny Town Cabins, according to a release by Executive Director Scott Moulton.

Like others who came to the park, William Edwin James planned on raising cattle. James brought his wife west in 1874 and they built a modest homestead cabin at a place later called McCreery Spring.
