Kansas' Lance Leipold is the second-highest-paid football coach in the Big 12 ($7.5 million), followed by Utah's Kyle Whittingham ($6.52 million), according to the USA TODAY report, who said at Big 12 football media days that Sanders has "definitely rejuvenated things in Boulder."
