Paramedics immediately swarmed the scene in what was a horrifying incident for those in attendance at PNC Park. The fan was eventually placed on a stretcher and taken to a nearby hospital and play resumed, but it was a sobering moment as players from the Pirates dugout immediately started to point toward the wall and call for help.
