Part of what made the Watson storyline more intriguing this week is the Browns’ increasingly tangled quarterback situation. Dillon Gabriel — who has started the last five games — is expected to miss Sunday’s matchup against the Raiders after suffering a concussion in Week 11 against the Baltimore Ravens.

Amid a slow start to the NFL season, a new update on Cleveland Browns QB Shedeur Sanders could signal the end for Dillon Gabriel.

Former Cleveland Browns quarterback Bernie Kosar was recently diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver. On Nov. 17, he provided a positive update.

That guy is Harold Fannin, the rookie tight end, who has the most receptions and receiving yards on the Browns. Fannin enters Sunday questionable with a hamstring injury. Harold Fannin is "expected to play" on Sunday against the Jets.

Cleveland would have the draft capital to move up if they needed to though. After trading back in last year’s draft, they picked up an extra first round pick from the Jacksonville Jaguars. They have also stayed busy during the season, picking up late round picks from the Bears, Jaguars and Bengals.

Shedeur Sanders took the first regular-season snaps of his NFL career on Sunday, but the Browns QB couldn't get settled in a loss to the Ravens.
