According to the restaurant's official website, cheese wheel pasta — sometimes called “pasta Alla Ruota" — is a tableside dish that mixes steaming hot cooked pasta in a hollowed cheese wheel.

The restaurant, which tosses its pasta in a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese wheel, imported from Parma, Italy, hosts its grand opening on Wednesday, where free pasta will be available from 3 to 5 p.m.

M'tucci's Italian is serving up a dish that is unlike anything else. The restaurant's Pasta Della Forma is a tableside experience in which pasta is served out of a 13-pound wheel of cheese.
