A 15-year-old Italian boy who loved video games and coding will be declared a saint this Sunday, becoming the Catholic Church s first millennial to receive the title

Pope Leo XIV will canonize Carlo Acutis, who died in 2006 at age 15, and Pier Giorgio Frassati, who died in 1925 at age 24.

Carlo Acutis, also known as 'God's Influencer,' will officially achieve sainthood this Sunday, Sept. 7. He will become the first millennial saint following the ceremony at the Vatican led by Pope Leo XIV.
