A passenger on a Carnival Magic ship is missing after he fell overboard off the coast of Jacksonville, Florida, while on his first-ever cruise with his wife, authorities and family said Tuesday.
The Michael Truman, 39, pleaded guilty to assaulting the passenger with a dangerous weapon resulting in serious bodily injury, according to the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office.
The FBI is now investigating after a man fell from his Carnival Cruise stateroom balcony on early Monday morning off the coast of Florida.
