West Haven police said they found Hailey Miller, 19, and Ta'naj Fletcher, 2, dead inside a Meloy Road apartment, leading to the arrest of Jevon Tyrese Fletcher.

Accused of repeatedly stabbing Hailey Miller and Ta'naj Fletcher, Jevon Tyrese Fletcher was deemed not a "high risk" for lethality following a 2022 assault.
