Warren Buffett says he'll keep penning letters, and speed up his giving but retain a big Berkshire stake until his successor wins over shareholders.

Warren Buffett, the 95-year-old chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, said that he will continue writing his Thanksgiving letter to his children and shareholders each year, though he will no longer be writing Berkshire's annual report once Greg Abel takes over as chief executive at yearend.
