Traffic at a stand still in Dublin City centre due to the fuel protest. A major fuel protest is planned across Ireland, today, with major congestion across Dublin as convoys moved into the capital.
Southbound services will operate through Cathal Brugha Street, Marlborough Street and over the Rosie Hackett Bridge.
Northbound Luas services are unable to pass the protesters, who are currently blocking the line at O’Connell Bridge.
