The cable that's supposed to come with the motherboard ends in Molex, but I'd actually prefer Berg as I need to power a CF to IDE adapter that gets powered with a floppy connector.

Not all MSI motherboards assign the power LED to pins 2 and 4. Review the manual included with your motherboard to determine which pins to connect the power LED connector to.
