Four people have suffered injuries after a hay bale fell off of a truck trailer and struck the vehicle they were traveling in Sunday evening, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

The 3-year-old of Mechanicsburg, was on a semi-trailer from which hay was being unloaded July 1 on Davis Lane in Taylor Township, Fulton County, Coroner Berley Souders told PennLive.
