Due to continued icy road conditions, some schools will remain closed on Thursday, Feb. 20, and many are transitioning to virtual learning.

Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School students do virtual learning up to four times a year, sometimes in place of a snow day, because learning to work over Zoom or Teams is part of their education.

Due to forecasted weather conditions, many schools are moving to virtual learning or closing on Wednesday, Feb. 19.

Several Oklahoma schools are canceling school or shifting to virtual or remote learning due to the threat of severe weather.

Virtual learning will continue for several school districts across Oklahoma on Thursday because of the arctic blast, ice and snow that hit earlier this week.
