In his postgame media availability, head coach Steve Sarkisian appeared to put any quarterback controversy to rest for the time being. Though it would be interesting to see how things would have unfolded if Manning had been able to provide a spark to the Horns’ offense.

Ewers completed 6 of his 12 pass attempts in the first half and turned the ball over twice before giving way to his backup, Arch Manning.
