New this year is the Pecan Oatmilk Cortado, which combines three shots of Starbucks Blonde Espresso with notes of pecan, rich brown butter, holiday baking spices and steamed oatmilk, topped with a sprinkle of pecan crunch topping and served hot in an 8-ounce cup.

Starbucks' Pumpkin Spice Latte returns August 26, joined by other pumpkin favorites like the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai. New this year: the Pecan Oatmilk Cortado, a nutty, spiced espresso drink topped with pecan crunch, and limited-time Italian Sausage Egg Bites.

If you can’t wait to order your Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks, you’re in luck. The iconic drink known as PSL returns earlier than usual this year, on Aug. 26. It’s the beginning of pumpkin spice season, and for some, the unofficial start of fall.
