On Aug. 19, Clara Chappaz, a junior minister in France for artificial intelligence, announced on X that French authorities had opened an investigation into Graven’s death, adding that she had contacted management of Kick regarding the incident.

Popular American streamer Adin Ross and rapper Drake, who serve as ambassadors for the livestreaming platform Kick, said they will be covering the costs of Graven’s funeral.
