VJ Edgecombe hits late 3 to lift 76ers over Grizzlies in OT

Big 3 this, Big 3 that — look at VJ Edgecombe, man. Despite blowing a seven-point lead in the last two minutes of regulation, the Sixers snapped their three-game losing streak, knocking off the Memphis Grizzlies 139-136 in overtime Tuesday night.
Grimes nailed his first triple as he continues to find his rhythm again. It led to a strong second half as he gave the Sixers a lot of big buckets in terms of 3-pointers and coming up with big defensive plays as well. This was a solid Grimes game.
By rookie VJ Edgecombe's calculation, he mistimed his game winner in overtime. "To be honest, I was actually trying to go when the buzzer [went] off, but it was a little bit too early," Edgecombe said.
