INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Colts will be missing three starters Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams, coach Shane Steichen said Friday. Pro Bowl cornerback Kenny Moore II, receiver Alec Pierce and right guard Matt Goncalves were all ruled out.
Moore was initially diagnosed with a calf injury, but as the Colts examined the injury, it became clear he was dealing with an Achilles.
With Kenny Moore reportedly going to be sidelined for a couple of weeks with a calf injury, the Indianapolis Colts signed veteran Mike Hilton to the practice squad. Defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo is very familiar with Hilton after the two worked together in Cincinnati for several years.
