Jake Haro was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison Monday for killing his infant son, Emmanuel Haro, who went missing in August and whose remains have yet to be found.
The California father accused of killing his infant son and falsely claiming he had been kidnapped was sentenced Monday to 25 years to life in prison. Jake Haro, 32, was also sentenced to an additional six years for an earlier child abuse case, according to the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office.
The mother of missing seven-month-old Emmanuel Haro appeared in court Tuesday for a felony settlement conference that was pushed to January 21. KESQ News Channel 3 was in the courtroom as Rebecca Haro briefly appeared before a judge.
