ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — The NFL on Saturday afternoon announced fines for two players following the Buffalo Bills ' prime-time victory in Week 3. The plays connected to those fines — both against Miami Dolphins — happened in the first five minutes of Buffalo's 31-21 victory on Sept. 18.
