The Detroit Lions have two players listed as questionable for their upcoming Week 4 game against the Cleveland Browns.
The Cleveland Browns are gearing up to take on the Detroit Lions in their upcoming Week 4 matchup. Quarterback Jared Goff and the Detroit Lions’ offense have not missed a beat since losing their offensive coordinator this past offseason.
DETROIT -- Browns All-Pro right tackle Jack Conklin (right elbow) is inactive for the third straight week, meaning the Browns will have two backup tackles vs. the Lions today.
The Lions also elevated wide receiver Jackson Meeks from the practice squad to the active roster for Sunday's matchup with the Cleveland Browns. Meeks, an undrafted free agent out of Syracuse, was a standout in the preseason, catching 11 of his 12 targets for 176 yards and two touchdowns.
Browns defensive end Myles Garrett, the star of Cleveland's top-ranked defense against the run, responded to Lions offensive coordinator John Morton's confidence in Detroit's rushing attack going up against Garrett's squad.
The markets in red will get FOX's top crew of Kevin Burkhardt and Tom Brady covering the Eagles-Buccaneers matchup. While Lions fans know Albert and Vilma well (and not generally in a positive light), the officiating crew for Sunday's game isn't one Detroit draws often. Referee Shawn Smith and his crew are assigned to the Week 4 game.
