Actor Johnny Depp taking the stand in the Amber Heard trial reportedly caused mixed feelings among his lawyers.

But the downside to this is there's a huge audience when things go bad, such as Johnny Depp and Blake Lively's break-up and long legal battle. And Depp’s lawyer admits they were worried he might "lose his temper" during the trial.

Heard’s attorneys, however, were absent from the special. Elaine Charlson Bredehoft, who represented the actress during the trial, told People earlier this year that it was a “huge mistake” to allow the legal battle to be televised, adding, “social media completely hijacked that trial.”
