McConnell’s third inbounds steal followed an Andrew Nembhard jumper that brought Indiana within two early in the fourth. McConnell jumped in front of Caruso, who was inbounding the ball, and came up with the steal; his layup tied the game at 95 with 8:33 left.

Mathurin had 27 points, four rebounds, one assist and one block in 22 minutes off the bench to power the Pacers to a 116-107 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 3 of the NBA Finals.

The Pacers' reserves notably outscored the Thunder bench 49-18. Indiana's bench scored 30 of the team's 64 first-half points.
