Some are and some aren't. The restaurants have indoor and outdoor seating. The St. Louis Wheel is an enclosed cage. The Carousel is covered and the aquarium is inside. Miniature …
Some are and some aren't. The restaurants have indoor and outdoor seating. The St. Louis Wheel is an enclosed cage. The Carousel is covered and the aquarium is inside. Miniature Golf and the fire/fountain show are entirely outdoors as well as the Koi Fish Pond and a small children's playground. The rope obstacle course in entirely indoors, as well.
What attractions are currently open at Union Station (mini golf, carousel, ferris wheel, etc.)?

The wheel, soda fountain diner, light show, fire show, hotel, and that's it for now. There is a bunch more coming soon (mini golf, carousel, mirror maze, and ropes course).
