The website for the museum will have answers to your questions about entrance fees for seniors and movies. i noticed that people with disabilities even get another discounted fee! There is a tax on top of the listed entrance fee. The Tom Hanks movie, Beyond all Boundaries, has an additional fee $11US. It used to be $7 - not worth $11 IMO. All other videos in the building augment the displays they are grouped with so are free. At the bottom the WWII website is contact info for emails. Ask your question about renting a motor scooter in your email to WWII museum personnel.
Yes there is a lot across the street. Must say we had a very hard time trying to figure out how to get OUT of the museum at the end! Very disorienting and I'm very good with directions.
