Newcastle Castle is a great step back in time into the great history of Newcastle. Small entyr fee, but it's worth it. Also offers great views of the city.Full review by 509waynem

Hello Rita. The Castle consists of two buildings: the Castle Keep and Black Gate. The Black Gate is fully accessible, with a lift and accessible toilets. The Castle Keep has a lot of narrow stairs and only the lower ground floor is fully accessible to wheelchair users. If you explain the limitations of your visit upon arrival, you will be able to get tickets at a concessionary rate.
