Q:
Are dogs allowed?
A:
Yes, I think they do allow dogs. We saw a family with dogs on leashes, on the trail.
Q:
How much is handicap accessible?
A:
Not to much as the path is dirt and rocks and is uneven. The bridge is only about 100' or so from the main admin building/gift shop.
