If you purchase a Gift Voucher/Ticket for an experience the amount paid will never expire. It will be valid for the specific experience purchased for 1 full year, after 1 year it turns into a Monetary Value Voucher good for the amount paid. So technically if you get a discount, the discount expires after 1 year but the amount paid will always be held on account. In other words, if you are planning to purchase for the Holidays, and the recipient is going to come in our 2020 season, you don't have to worry about any time restraints, they will have all season to call and book into our May-October season for the experience you purchased them and the discount will retain. We cannot run with a wet race track, in the event that we have to postpone due to inclement weather we will issue you a Rain Check which allows you to choose another date to return and complete your experience. Unfortunately every case of weather is different so we handle each one on a per situation basis. In rare cases we may call you the day before and tell you not to come because the forecast looks like definite rain and no chance of running. However sometimes we might just get a little rain and it may only delay us for an hour and then we can get running. Now the most unfortunate situations which could occur, is that we may call you when you are on your way to us or you could arrive and then we have to postpone. We want everyone to have a pleasurable experience but unfortunately some things are out of our control, but we do our best to save you the drive if we can. I can say, when we postpone a day, the first thing we do is email everyone and then start calling everyone, so if the weather looks iffy please check your email inbox that morning. You may also give our office a call(if it's the weekend leave a message and we will receive it and return your call) or email us at (info@ ourwebsite) to check status.
