Hi Andy, You may use the options in the Task bar to arrange the windows that you are viewing: Right-click on the Task bar, then choose whether to show the windows side-by-side or vertically. Is there a maximum limit on the number of rules that we could create ? I remember long ago there was a screen section where I could view/edit the list of my existing list rules and I could re-arrange the sequence or remove some of these existing rules as part of our periodic housekeeping. So far I didn't use POP, IMAP or Exchange.
