Hi, lats are my favourite bodypart and I want to make mine wider . What are the best exercises to do with barbells or dumbells. I can't do chin ups/pull ups because I work out at home and dont have anywhere to do them. Thx. Do a wide grip bent row, bent 90 degrees to the floor pulled to the waist for upper lats.
